How to cancel a Hosting Subscription
- Login to your account via the following URL (https://console.securewebservices.com.au/clientarea.php)
- Once you have logged click on the hosting service in question found in the Your Active Products/Services section
- On the new page you will find the cancellation request option in the Action menu on the left side of the screen
- You should now see the cancellation form from here you can request the cancellation which will be actioned shortly after
